Hunan Genda Precision Grinding Manufacturing Limited (hereinafter referred to as Genda) is located in Changsha City, Hunan Province. Genda is a high-tech enterprise founded in 2005 with ISO9001 certification, and has 19 years’ experience on process development, equipment manufacturing and turnkey solutions of sophisticated high-consistency High precision wet refining systems for flexible materials. Hunan Genda Fiber Tech, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Genda Precision Grinding, mainly focuses on the pulp & paper industry.
Grinding is the core process for many plant-based processing, petrochemical products, pulp & paper processing, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and beverages industries. Currently, dry and wet low-consistency grinding process are commonly used in these industries. Although Wet high-consistency grinding can greatly improve grinding efficiency, reduce production costs, and improve product quality. However, it is rarely used due to technical difficulties such as complex processes, stability control, and high precision equipment requirements. By focusing on this segmented field for 19 years, and through years of technology accumulation and application practice, Genda has solved these challenges from many aspects such as process, equipment, automation control, etc., and can efficiently implement this core High-consistency and high precision grinding wet systems in many industries and application fields. In 2011, Genda pioneered a new process of high-consistency refining in the paper industry around the world. Over the past ten years, we have implemented more than 200 production line projects, helping most of the Pulp and Paper companies to improve the strength performance of finished paper. The ratio of long fiber and reinforced chemicals is greatly reduced (cost reduction). Our customers are all public traded companies and industrial leaders in pulp and paper business. In addition to Pulp & Paper, we have also developed new applications in many fields such as corn starch, soybean products, traditional Chinese medicine, and biomass new energy. Not only have our clients achieved revolutionary cost savings and quality improvements, but we have also helped them developed large number of new products releases.
