Frozen fresh corn kernels: D90 of 500 microns after primary grinding, D90 of 200 microns after secondary grinding, and D90 <75 microns after homogenization.
This process is also suitable for peanut, walnut, almond, and other nut-based beverages.
Dehulled peanuts, walnuts, and almonds: D90 of 200 microns after primary grinding, D90 of 100 microns after secondary grinding, and D90 <75 microns after homogenization.
