1, into the room and separation chamber: into the room and separation chamber wall can not be stained with oil, to regularly wash the inner wall with dilute sodium hydroxide solution, pay attention to the last need to use distilled water rinse twice, so as to avoid residual sodium hydroxide corrosion of the wall. The overflow port at the bottom of the separation chamber is an important part of the instrument, need to pay attention to the protection, do not make the dirt clogging hole. If the overflow port is clogged with dirt, do not poke it with a hard stick, only use a soft wooden stick to gently poke out the dirt, and then clean it with gasoline. When the instrument is not in use, keep the inside of the instrument dry and clean it before drying. Overflow port drain time is an important indicator, at least once a month to check the procedure is as follows:
(1) Clean the separation chamber: first clean the separation chamber with dilute sodium hydroxide solution and let it act for a certain period of time, then clean it with water.
(2) so that the separation chamber to reach the specified temperature of 20 ± 1 ℃, this calibration work if the constant temperature room (constant temperature room temperature 20 ± 1 ℃), to be cleaned after the separation of substances must be in the constant temperature room to be set aside for more than 20min before proceeding to the next step. If this calibration work is not carried out in the constant temperature room, it is necessary to use 20 ± 0.5 ℃, 1000 ml of distilled water irrigation separation chamber, so that it reaches approximately 20 ℃
(3) Plug the flow outlet of the inclined tube with a stopper so that it does not leak. Remove the straight tube
(4)Pour about 500ml, 20℃ distilled water into the separation chamber, the water flows out from below, the purpose of this step is to fill the inclined tube with water.
(5) pulp pulping degree tester to determine the overflow port of the water discharge time: finger will be below the overflow port plug injection, and then 20 ± 0.5 ℃, 1000 ml of distilled water poured into the separation chamber, let go of the finger, synchronized open stopwatch to the end of the water discharge to stop the stopwatch, the time should be in the 148-150s, such as non-compliance with the requirements, it is necessary to amend the overflow port or change the new one.
2, copper mesh: often keep the copper mesh clean, such as corrosion and other defects found to be replaced in a timely manner to ensure that it can be used at any time. Long-term non-use of the instrument, to keep the copper mesh dry, dry before cleaning. If the test is interrupted for a few hours in the middle of the test, the irrigation chamber must be put into a bucket of water, the water in the bucket must be more than the copper mesh, in order to keep the copper mesh wet. Installation of new copper mesh, pay special attention to put on the copper mesh tightening ring should not leave a gap, in order to prevent the slurry stuffed in the gap.
3、Mechanical lifting device: we should always pay attention to the flexibility of mechanical lifting device movement. Sealing cone rising speed: 100 ± 10mm / s (measured under the working condition of the instrument), if it does not meet, you can adjust the length of the rope.
4, air vent and air balance orifice: at any time as a vent (a) the sealing cone internal hole and the air balance in the infiltration chamber base orifice, do not make the blockage.
5, pulp pulping degree tester sealing: should always check the sealing cone sealing, check the method as follows: turn the handle (21), so that the sealing cone into the filling chamber to the wedge locking, and then poured into the 1000ml of distilled water, about 1min water should not be out of the overflow port. Otherwise, the adjustment nut (2) on the sealing cone rod can be adjusted to achieve the purpose of sealing.
