Hydraulic pulper is one of the most commonly used pulping equipment in the pulp and paper industry, which is mainly used for pulping boards, waste books, waste cartons and so on. From the structure form can be divided into vertical hydraulic pulper and horizontal hydraulic pulper. Below, we mainly talk about the working principle and structural characteristics of hydraulic pulper.
Working Principle: The motor drives the turntable and blades in the barrel through the belt drive to rotate, so that the pulp and water installed in the barrel are subjected to mechanical action and different linear velocities inside and outside the rotation, so that the paper materials are subjected to mutual friction and tearing effect to achieve the purpose of pulp crushing and cracking, and under the action of wedge turbulent plate to greatly increase the friction of the water flow. The high-concentration hydraulic pulper is used in pulp and paper making laboratory for the dissociation of high concentration of virgin or regenerated pulp.
Structural features: manual speed control, mechanical variable speed, high rotor torque, simple operation, digital realistic rotor speed, fully automatic time and temperature control, digital display of pulp temperature and heating time and other parameters. Meanwhile, it adopts the latest sealing technology to solve the problem of rotor leakage, and its performance exceeds that of similar foreign products.
