The main function of the dynamic water filtration instrument is to simulate the shear action of the paper machine, analyze the dynamic water filtration, retention (including total retention, filler retention) properties to analyze the role of chemical additives.

Dynamic water filtration instrument installation and use methods:
1, retention rate test:
(1) Installation of the instrument, keep the mixing blade and filter screen distance of about 1/8 inch.
(2) Fill 500ml of sample into the container, select the stirring speed, add various additives in sequence, stir for a few seconds, open the drain clip to receive the sample, and stop after 30 seconds. Weigh the beaker and the solution, record the net weight, filter the filtrate, dry it and weigh it.
(3) Calculation: 500ml sample, suspension solid content of 0.1%, then all the solid content of 0.5g (500x 0.1%), set the total amount of solids in the filtrate is 0.2g, then Total Retention is (0.5-0.2)/0.5x100%, the same calculation of the total ash retention.
2, water filtration test: can be recorded under stirring to filter out a certain volume (such as 100ml, 2a00ml) the time consumed, and do the water filtration curve.
