High-Consistency Refiner

The  high-consistency refiner combines coarse crushing and grinding functions. It enables high-consistency precision grinding with high output, fast processing, and high fineness. Plant-based materials of 1–2 cm can be reduced to the micron scale through two to three grinding stages, and can be further reduced to the nanoscale through circulating refining. When applied before enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation, it can improve yield and efficiency.
