The Genda high-consistency refiner combines coarse crushing and grinding functions, enabling high-capacity, rapid, high-fineness, high-consistency precision grinding. Plant-based substrates of 1–2 cm can reach the micron scale through two to three grinding stages, and can be further reduced to the nanoscale through recirculating refining. When applied before enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation, it can improve yield and efficiency.
